Squirrel Trouble

When the guys when to put Grandma C's couches back in the house they saw a squirrel run in to a hole next to her house. She has been hearing things running around under there for a while and so Kyle set some traps but they hadn't caught anything yet. Kyle got out his gun and before they knew it they had 10.....yes, I said 10 squirrels. Here are the proud exterminators with our gun-toutin' granny!

One Scary Granny!

We have one amazing grandma here in Newcastle. She was having her carpets cleaned yesterday so the guys moved her couches outside. They thought it would be funny to stage this picture! Notice the Mt Dew and the gun resting on her cane!! She is such a good sport.

Jake Ryan Christensen has arrived!!

Melanie and Ryan went to the hospital Tuesday morning about 6:00 and at 3:30 the Dr. decided to get her ready for a C-section. By 4:15 Ry and Mel had a 5lb. 10oz, 17in. little BOY!! Steve and Deb took their girls to them and Jake was introduced to his 4 other mothers. I didn't get a picture to post but I saw pictures and he is adorable! Lots of dark hair, a Christensen nose, and a dimple in his chin. He and Mel are doing fine and hope to come home sometime on Thursday!
